Hi, I’m Anna, and I propose a journey into the woods, a Forest Bathing experience that goes beyond a simple walk. Imagine walking slowly, letting your senses awaken to the rhythm of nature. Together, we will explore the woods, letting ourselves be guided by its sensations, its scents, its sounds. An experience reserved for those who want to listen, without haste, to the deep voice of nature.
