Das uralte Wellness-Ritual wird von einem qualifizierten Aufgussmeister in der finnischen Sauna durchgef\u00fchrt und besteht darin, mit \u00e4therischen \u00d6len angereichertes Wasser oder Eis auf die hei\u00dfen Steine des Ofens zu gie\u00dfen<\/strong>, um Dampf und Feuchtigkeit zu erzeugen und so die gef\u00fchlte Temperatur des Raumes zu erh\u00f6hen. Durch die rhythmischen Bewegungen eines Handtuchs<\/strong>, die manchmal von Hintergrundmusik begleitet werden, richtet der Aufgussmeister den hei\u00dfen, mit Aromastoffen angereicherten Dampf<\/strong> dann in Richtung der G\u00e4ste. So entsteht ein intensives und angenehmes multisensorisches Erlebnis<\/strong> mit einer sofortigen und anhaltend wohltuenden Wirkung: Die auf der Haut wahrgenommene W\u00e4rmeentwicklung beg\u00fcnstigt die Erweiterung der peripheren Gef\u00e4\u00dfe, einen R\u00fcckgang des Blutdrucks und eine verst\u00e4rkte Schwei\u00dfbildung.<\/p>\n
